Automatic Feeder Company started as a vibratory feeder bowl company and has evolved into so much more. While they still support the vibratory feeder marketplace, they have specialized in the high speed feeding of small/lightweight parts. Automatic Feeder was the first factory trained dealer for the Hoppmann centrifugal feeder systems in the United States. Using the Hoppmann centrifugal feeder bowls or their own elevator/orienter feeder system, they are able to provide the high speed feed system to meet the application’s feed rate requirements.

The feeding system for fasteners is one of the key components when it comes to reliability, efficiency and capability in an automated assembly process. Weber Screwdriving Systems uses vibratory feeder bowls and step feeders to feed screw and bolts to the nose piece of the driver system. The Weber ZEL Step Feeders provide gentle, fast feeding of the fasteners with low abrasion and very low noise emissions.
